Majority of holders or validatiors came together and said they wanted the entire almost 500billion xrp Burnt that Ripple would have to no choice to do so. Also mentions could burn majority and use others designated for something impartial that would BENIFIT XRP and its price. Being he also mentions that being crypto and the rules set on the access to those funds they could get huge chunks and flood the market tanking the price or keeping it where its at. Then a comment following from same person who asked initial question said, it makes sense that big institutions would benefit from cheaper prices if they are using services that requires XRP payments and Many might be swaded to not work with Ripple based on the increasing prices alone Nd would look at other companies to use.
