To be honest mate, most of us are sick of pointless announcements that do nothing for the price anyway. I am still postive for Ripple''s future and think in about 5 years the price may go back to ATH. However, I don't care what happens with the company anymore if it can't even get the price over $1. I regret wasting my money on XRP for the past 2 years when other coins could have made me a lot of money instead of making me broke.
We will find out BOE is going to be the Europe market maker.
