  1. I always enjoy your "aggressively average content" since I came across The Bearable Bull channel back in spring, but this one is extra special as you weigh in on politicians. I have been following and involved at an activist level in the happenings and spending at the Green Bay City Council level for the past 13 years, and I can tell you with certainty, once you see up close and personal how many of your own low level elected neighbors don't really give a crap about you, it's easy to see how that kind of thought careless process would explode exponentially at the top.

The ledger hack and subsequent public leak is disappointing and scary. I hope people listen to the advice about phishing attacks, but if not, you can count on politicians to protect us. The light at the end of the tunnel, perhaps this will bring new innovation to the security of crypto, and help open the door for Ripple and central banks to work in unison to protect global currency. Of course, with added security, may come less privacy from government/banks/corporations. But perhaps, if having to choose, less privacy there would be preferable to having your personal data hacked and leaked on a website.

  2. They will send the checks the same way they did last time. Direct deposit. There's no reason to try a new system when they have one in place already. Do you really want to let them create, experiment, and try to send the money out through a new system? It would take two years before you get your money.
