14. look for imeblocks on youtube (Ethereum Stratum Proxy for Dwarfpool
    ) use phoenixminer instead of ethminer and you are set. you have the program he is using. for the accepted share speed, its 1ms to your proxy server and than it will take 30ms from the proxyserver to the pool. so it isn't faster at all
