  1. I cant believe that people think this lawsuit had anything else to do with anything other than clarity. There's a reason he didnthat on his way out, he knew it would lose the case and they knew xrp would get clarity.

    This is exactly how it has to be done to keep the markets from going apeshit. This is planned, and they know what this will do.

  2. I love Ripple's position on this. They are stating that since they (SEC) are not regulating similar or nearly identical commodities such as ethereum, that the SEC doesn't even have the authority to regulate them. Brilliant!
