Personally, I thought the commercial sucked. My friends all look at it and have no clue what the difference is between this and Venmo. If ripple wants to get the everyday average citizen on board they'll need to step up their game with the quality of how they market their software. This commercial/ad left a lot to be desired.

Why is her mom not at er wedding? That made me chuckle. Perhaps she had to work to earn enough to pay for it.
I have two things to say about the Ripple commercial.
1) When the kid breaks the vase at the art gallery, there is a flash from a camera in the background at the exact same time as the notification sound goes off on his phone that lets him know that he received the payment. I just really liked this cool little detail in the commercial. The payment was as quick as a flash!
2) What does the name tag say on the guy from the wedding at the end?! I tried really really hard to read it, but it was just too blurry for me. I want to say that his name tag said IMF. Maybe I just want it to say IMF though, because that would be awesome!
